Revision Policy
We aim to provide our clients with the best work possible to satisfy the client in question. For this reason, we understand that only some clients have to be satisfied with the work initially delivered to them. That is why we provide options for getting the work revised. Details regarding our revision policies are listed below. We strongly recommend you review them once before placing an order with us. Once an order has been placed, it will automatically assume that you have read, understood, and agree to all our policies.
Revision Policy Rules
- All instructions and details must be provided when placing the order. The organization will not be held responsible for discrepancies due to late instructions.
- Limitless revisions are offered only if the instructions for placing the order have not been met.
- Any instructions not provided at the outset will not be entertained and fulfilled as part of the revision.
- All extra work must be paid for; the amount of money will depend on the job and the deadlines that must be met.
- For orders of 250 to 5000 words, the period to apply for revision will only be 15 days after delivery. After this period, all revisions will also be charged.
- For orders of more than 5000 words, the period to apply for revision will be 30 days after delivery. After this period, all revisions will be charged.
- For orders with only a 24-hour deadline, the period for submission of any revisions will be between 8-12 hours after the request for a revision has been posted.
- For orders with only a 48-hour deadline, revisions must be submitted 24 hours after the request for a revision has been posted.
- For orders of 5000- 9750 words, the period for submission of any revisions will be three days after the request for a revision has been posted.
- For orders of 10000 words or more, the period for submission of any revisions will be 5-7 days after the request for a revision has been posted.
- No revisions will be provided on weekends or Public Holidays.
- No refunds apply in exams.
